IBC TOTES CLEANING PROCESS
Our cleaning process involves various stages, including rinsing, hot washing, and then hot air drying to ensure optimal cleaning. This process is performed on the inside, as well as the outside of the tote. This cleaning and drying process ensures that they are in optimal condition and ready for use.
All our reconditioned and cleaned IBC totes Include the top cap and valve cover. We also take additional measures to separate food-grade totes from non-food-grade totes, as well as separating cleaned from none cleaned totes to ensure there is no cross-contamination
REBOTTLED IBC TOTES
Rebottled IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) are created by inserting a new poly tote into a reconditioned cage, and a steel pallet. Rebottled IBCs are available in 275 gallon (1000LTR) or 330 gallon (1250LTR) capacities, and are equipped with either a 2″ NPT valve or a 2″ Camlock valve. Rebottled IBCs are a great economical choice over brand new tote because they offer a brand new tank and valve assembly and are an acceptable alternative for storing products that require a new tote.

This is a considerable cost savings as there is no product to purchase, only the cleaning services.
IBC Tanks Canada can pick up your spent IBC totes, test and recondition them and return them to your facility.

The recycling and reusing of intermediate bulk containers (IBC) is just one way to help in keeping unnecessary waste out of our landfills.
All IBC totes we receive are examined and graded for either reconditioning for reuse or dismantling for recycling.
IBC Tanks Canada Inc. aims to put as many IBC totes back into circulation as possible. We have a system to repurpose and recycle 100% of all IBC totes we receive. For all units determined to be decommissioned or defective, we separate the plastic from the metal components and recycle 100% of the materials.
